How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

UIT Store and Returns Policy

UIT stands firmly behind UEBO product line and want to make sure that you are completely satisfy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfy, you have the right to return the UEBO product you purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

RETURN POLICY
UIT offers 14 days Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee to our customers on UEBO line of products that is purchased directly from our online store. The 14 days window starts the day you receive the product.  If you are not completely satisfy with the purchase, please give us a chance to make it right for you. If you are still unsatisfy after that, we will issue an RMA number for you to return the product. After 14 days, the sale is final and return is not allowed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
UIT offers TWELVE (12) months of limited hardware warranty on all of our UEBO  product against any manufacture defects. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any UEBO line of products, please check out our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) first, you can often find the solution to the problems you experienced there. If the problem is not resolved, please email service@uebo.net This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for assistance. If we cannot resolve the problem after several attempts, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number request for you to return the product under warranty for repair. The RMA number is valid for 14 days after issuance. After that you have to request another RMA number to return the product.  The product must be returned to the UIT warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

Once issued, a RMA number is valid for 14 days, the product must be returned to the UIT warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. UIT recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to UIT or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. For warranty repair, UIT assumes the cost of shipping the product to you after the problem is corrected. You are responsible for shipping the product to UIT for warranty service.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will help you resolve the issue.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
UIT accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. If the product is in stock, UIT will get authorization and capture the payment at the time your order is placed. If the product is out of stock, UIT will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order.

NOTE:
We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

UIT must receive your payment within 1 calendar day or your order will be canceled. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing after UIT receives your payment.

SALES TAX
UIT will charge sales tax for order ship to address in California. The current sales tax rate is 9.25%. There will be no sales tax for all other states.

ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before 12:00 noon PST, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. If the product is available and placed during the normal business days, UIT will ship your order out within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.  Some of our products are shipped from our international locations. Overnight shipping is not available on products shipped from outside the United States.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Our ordering process is automated to ensure you receive your order on-time. If you chose to cancel your order, please call (408) 896-8588 with 4 hours to cancel. Depends on the status of the order processing at the time of your call, we might not be able to grant your cancellation request.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Order lead-time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order.  Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we carried. Products are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days to cancel the order, we will automatically assume that you want to wait for the product to be in stock. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will ship it out to you. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
